Open Junk/SPAM E-mail folder If there are messages from ASDP in your junk mail folder, you need to add the domain to your safe senders list. For directions on doing this on Outlook click here. For other email clients, please contact your service provider. If there no messages in either folder, check if the website is listed in blocked senders.
