How to Update Your Profile (will open a PDF file)
Problem: Cannot log in to the site:
Confirm that you are entering your username and password exactly.
Problem: Not receiving admin emails from ASDP
Go to your email client
Open Junk/SPAM E-mail folder
If there are messages from ASDP in your junk mail folder, you need to add the domain to your safe senders list. For directions on doing this on Outlook click here. For other email clients, please contact your service provider.
If there no messages in either folder, check if the website is listed in blocked senders. For directions on doing this on Outlook click here. For other email clients, please contact your service provider.
Problem: Not receiving emails from discussion lists:
First, go through steps above.
Next, check the settings in your Member Clicks account:
Log in to your Member Clicks account
Click Member Center > My Profile
Click Features > "My E-lists"
Click "Edit" next to the discussion list
Check your email address.
